Dan Fitzpatrick - President

Dan has dedicated his life to building successful businesses. He began his journey in Northern Alberta, where he founded one of Western Canada’s largest oilfield lease construction firms. Like many Albertans, he was captivated by the beauty of Vancouver Island and set his sights on real estate development. For over 25 years, Dan has been shaping the Capital Region, creating beautiful buildings and homes through his passion and expertise.

John Fitzpatrick - Director of Construction

John honed his construction skills in Fort McMurray, where he played a key role in building oil refineries. He later brought that expertise to the residential construction industry, applying the same precision and craftsmanship. His vision and unwavering commitment to quality are the driving forces behind FEL’s distinctive buildings, setting them apart in both form and feel.

Jesse Fitzpatrick - Director of Development

BMgt, Diploma in Urban Land Economics

Jesse oversees every stage of pre-construction, from land acquisition to sales and marketing and project budgeting and financing. He collaborates closely with project consultants and municipalities to secure approvals and financing and bring our projects to market—all before the first shovel breaks ground. His leadership ensures that each project is set up for success from day one.
